of Wachovia Securities, LLC). Source Capital is
a member of SIPC, which protects securities customers
of its members up to $500,000 (including $100,000
for claims cash). An explanatory brochure is available
upon request. In addition, Wexford Clearing Services
maintains a supplemental insurance program to
bring total coverage up to $100 million. Note
however, that this insurance does not insure the
quality of investments or protect against losses
from fluctuating market values.
