Investment Banking Team
Robert Middleton is a founder and director of numerous private
companies and has extensive experience in providing investment banking services for start-up and development stage companies, in the medical or high technology industries. He has served as a director of two public companies.
He is currently a founder and director of Applied Semiconductor, Inc., Milkhaus Veterinary Products, Inc., and ZymeQuest, Inc. Mr. Middleton also serves as a director of Navigational Sciences, Inc., Pharmaco-Kinesis Corporation, and as a managing director of Nanotech Capital, LLC.
Mr. Middleton has been an officer, director and New York City branch manager of a one-member firm of the New York Stock Exchange (Burgess & Leith, Inc.) and a general partner of another (Fahnestock and Company). During the last five years, he has served as chairman of The Middleton Group which is now a division of Source Capital Group.
Mr. Middleton completed course work for a bachelor of arts degree in English at Princeton University.
