
Richard H. Kreger joined Source Capital Group in March of 2009 to expand Source’s public offering and private placement practice. Prior to joining Source, Mr. Kreger was Senior Managing Director, Investment Banking at Maxim Group. From December of 2004 through June of 2008, Mr. Kreger was Senior Vice President, Investment Banking at Midtown Partners. While at Midtown Partners, Mr. Kreger was a driving force in Midtown Partners becoming the fifth most active placement agent in the country for PIPE transactions, #2 for PIPEs for companies with Market Caps below $100mm & #1 for Market Caps below $50mm. Midtown Partners main focus was on negotiating PIPEs, restructuring of PIPEs & recapitalizations. Prior to Midtown Partners, Mr. Kreger was an Investment Banker with H.C. Wainwright. In 2004, while with H.C. Wainwright, the firm was the third most active placement agent in the country for PIPEs. Mr. Kreger was the founding senior managing member of Kreger Rohan Capital Management (KRCM) which managed the Crisis Value Fund, L.P. The fund had a cumulative return of about 50% over the three years that KRCM managed the fund. Prior to founding KRCM, Mr. Kreger was Executive Vice President and CFO of Kreger Truck Renting Company from 1995 through 2003. Mr. Kreger received a bachelor or science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Vermont.
