Investment Banking Team
Ryan Green joined Source Capital Group in March 2009 to focus on investment banking transactions. Mr. Green brings a diverse background in the financial services industry to his role as Senior Associate at Source Capital Group. His transactional experience spans a broad range of industries within the Corporate Finance and Mergers and Acquisition realms of public and private financing, including Maritime Shipping, Resources & Materials, Electronic Equipment, Pharmaceuticals, Aesthetic Devices, and Emerging Markets. Prior to joining Source Capital, Ryan was an Associate at Maxim Group, a middle market investment bank in New York City, where he focused on public offerings and buy and sell-side M&A advisory. Mr. Green was a commercial lending officer in the Northeast Florida Corporate & Commercial Banking group for Branch Banking & Trust Co., a publicly traded regional banking institution (NYSE: BBT). Mr. Green was also a graduate of BB&T’s Management Development Program, a six-month intensive credit and management training program. Mr. Green earned his BS degree in Analytical Finance from Wake Forest University’s Calloway School of Business and Accountancy.
