Nance Arconti joined Source Capital in January 2004, after her association with Merrill Lynch's Private Client Group as a Wealth Management Advisor. Nance brings over 30 years of financial experience to Source Capital in areas such as asset management, real estate, structured loan origination, and investment banking. Her investment banking focus at Source Capital includes deal origination for the ”green” sector, energy, technology, health care, and other businesses possessing unique qualities.

Nance holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing and Accounting from Western Connecticut State University, and she is also an Accredited Wealth Management Advisor.
